Product Introduction:

The serum is sourced from healthy fetal bovine serum collected aseptically; GMP purification workshop fully automatic filling production, with large batch size and small inter batch differences (using 4000L mixing tanks, maximum batch size 500mL x 7600 bottles); Sterilize through 3 rounds of 0.1 micron filtration without the need for further filtration.

Scope of application:

Suitable for cultivating the vast majority of tumor cells and large-scale production cells, as well as some primary cells and some immune cells.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

Cultivation conditions: 37 ℃, 5% CO2, adherent culture

Passage method: Inoculate 1 × 10 ^ 6 into T25 culture bottles, pass for 72 hours, and continuously culture for 6 generations.

Conclusion:

Compared with G factory serum, BS-1101 serum showed no significant differences in cell morphology, cell expansion factor, and cell viability after continuous culture for 6 generations.
