（1）Product Introduction
The serum is sourced from sterile collection of high-quality fetal bovine serum aged 6-8 months; GMP purification workshop fully automatic filling production, with large batch size and small inter batch differences (using 4000L mixing tanks, maximum batch size 500mL x 7600 bottles); Sterilize through 3 rounds of 0.1 micron filtration without the need for further filtration.
（2）Scope of application
Strong universality, suitable for cultivating conventional primary cells, stem cells, immune cells, and difficult to culture cells.

20mL/bottle, 50mL/bottle, 500mL/bottle
（4）Storage conditions and shelf life
-Freeze storage below 15 ℃ to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, with a shelf life of 5 years from the date of production.
2、 Method and Materials
Cell name: Hep3B 2.1-7 (human liver cancer cells)
Item number: BS-1105
Cultivation system: MEM+10% FBS+1% dual antibody
Cultivation conditions: 37 ℃, 5% CO2, adherent culture
Passage method: Inoculate 8 × 105 into T25 culture bottles, pass for 72 hours, and culture continuously for 6 generations.

4、 Conclusion:
Compared with G factory serum, BS-1105 serum showed no significant differences in cell morphology, cell expansion factor, cell viability, etc. after continuous culture for 6 generations.
