When stored at 2-8 ℃, various proteins and lipoproteins in fetal bovine serum (such as cold agglutinin, fibrinogen, hyacinin, etc.) may aggregate and form precipitates or visible turbidity. The production of these precipitates will not affect the quality of serum. It is recommended to store fetal bovine serum at -15 ℃ to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
