Selected Literature | The Role and Mechanism of miR-871-3p/Megf8 in Regulating Formaldehyde Induced Cardiomyocyte Inflammation and Congenital Heart Disease


Ⅰ. Article Introduction


       The team led by Professor Yu Tao from Qingdao University studied the molecular mechanism of formaldehyde (FA) - induced congenital heart disease (CHD) through in vitro and in vivo models, and ultimately demonstrated the role of miR-871-3p in FA induced coronary heart disease by targeting Megf8, providing a potential target for coronary heart disease intervention and improving diagnostic and treatment strategies.

      The study was published on November 30, 2023, in the international journal International Immunopharmacology, titled 'Role and Mechanism of miR-871-3p/Megf8 in Regulating Formulated Induced Cardiomycyte Inflammation and Congenital Heart Disease'.
